Q1: Are you the manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are both manufacturer and trading company. Our headquarter is in Shanghai, and our production facility is in Anhui province, welcome to visit us.
Q2: Can I have my own logo on product?
A2: Sure, we can add your logo on the product or package, both ok.
Q3: Can you make my own designs?
A3: Of course we can, customized order is welcome. We could follow your artworks or you just tell us your detailed request, then we will make customized artwork/design for you.
Q4: Will you accept small order and what's your OEM MOQ?
A4: Yes, we accept small order such as 20cartons for only a sample order.
Q5: Can I get some free samples?
A5: Normally all samples are free for you, but u need to pay the shipping cost if u are the new customers, we will refund it once u order from us.
Q6: What's your product package?
A6: Our standard package is PE or OPP bag per set inside the carton box which is 5-layer with exporting level. We also accept customized packaging if your quantity is ok.
Q7: ls there any discount for bulk orders?
A7: Surely we have about 5-10% discount for VIP customers, the final price is also based on detailed order.
Q8: How long is the lead time?
A8: 7 working days for stock items, and 15 to 30 working days for customized order. The lead time depends on your order requirements.
Q9: How can you assure your product quality?
A9: Our QC team will check the product in line and inspect the quality after production finished. Also our sales people will do the final inspection, and they will send product videos or pictures to customers before shipping.
Q10: What's your payment terms and payment methods?
A10: EX-Works/FOB/CIF/CFR, also we provide DDP and DDU. Payment T/T, Western Union and L/C are all acceptable.
